Mexico? Nope. Honduras? Nope. Philippines? Nope. Where then? It's Main Street in Huntington Beach on Valentines Day 2012. The Tueaday evening Street Fair and Farmer's Market was shrouded in darkness when the electricity failed in the area. Some vendors, such as this one, powered their own illumination with a generator.
